Good morning:
Yes, KSP has received your ORR and has assigned it log number 22-0927. Please be advised that Senate Bill 150, which was signed into law on March 30, 2020, extended the deadline for responding to open records requests to 10 days (instead of five days, excluding weekends and holidays, the general rule under KRS 61.880(1) ) during the state of emergency as declared by Executive Order 2020-215, and the General Assembly has extended Senate Bill 150 until April 14, 2022. As such, KSP is replying to your open records request pursuant to this time frame.
Thank you.
