In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Mr. Alexander,

In the document you attached, the page numbering at the bottom goes from 1/3 to 3/3, indicating that the second page is missing. In addition I know of a Twitter account that is blocked and not on the list -- @MollyOShah. As I understand it, that account has been blocked since before your response was created.

Would it be possible for you to verify that the accuracy of the response?
