Pursuant to the Florida Public Records Act, Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, I respectfully request access to the following public records relating to the arrest of Maya Aleasa Goldsmith, which occurred at or near Mallory Square Park in Key West, Florida, around 9:30 AM on or about March 23, 2023:

All body-worn camera footage from responding officers, including but not limited to Officers William Howell and Raymond Roscoe.

All rear-seat (in-cruiser) camera footage, especially during transport or detainment.

The complete incident and arrest reports, including narrative summaries, use-of-force reports, officer statements, and 911 call logs or transcripts related to this incident.

The CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) log for all units responding to Mallory Square Park for this incident.
