The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available (sent to tclarkflory@vocativ.com) or CD-ROM if not.

Good morning!
Thank you for your inquiry. As mentioned in our 5-day correspondence to you on July 29, 2016, the KCSO Public Disclosure Unit has identified case number 15-139525 as responsive to your request.
At this time we cannot release all of the records associated with case number 15-139525. This is an OPEN and ACTIVE case and the release of any information may hinder or damage the investigation. In addition, open investigations are exempt from public disclosure under RCW 42.56.240(1) which states that the nondisclosure of specific intelligence information and specific investigative records compiled by investigative, law enforcement, and penology agencies, and state agencies vested with the responsibility to discipline members of any profession, is essential to effective law enforcement or for the protection of any person's right to privacy.
However, we are working with Detectives to determine if the records you are seeking (reviews) are available for release at this time. You can expect an update as to the status of your request on or before August 26, 2016.
