Based on our interpretation, the two are a near match, if not identical in terms of records sought. If you do not concur with this interpretation, please state clearly how the two sets of record requested are different so that we may best conduct research to locate the responsive records. If we do not receive additional information or clarification from you by April 7, 2023, we will interpret parts 3 & 5 of your request as seeking records on performance and/or disciplinary issues on the listed subject AND subsequent reprimands and/or disciplinary actions. RCW 42.56.120(4) states that if an installment of a records request is not claimed or reviewed, the agency is not obligated to fulfill the balance of the request.
WAC 44-14-04006(1) states that a records request has been fulfilled and can be closed if an entirely unclear request has not been clarified, a request or installment has not been claimed or reviewed, or the requestor cancels the request.
