Hi again!

In reviewing these records, I noticed that SOP-TS 502-02 ("Fare Inspection Techniques") contains a reference to another document, SOP-TS 102-22 ("Use of Force"), which was not provided to me.

I would like to expand this request to include all documents in the SOP-TS series that were not sent to me in response to my original request. This includes, but is not limited to, SOP-TS 102-09 through 102-14, SOP-TS 102-22 ("Use of Force"), SOP-TS 102-23 through 102-24, and SOP-TS 102-26 and higher, if such documents exist.

Thanks again for your help with this!

Sorry to keep coming back for more -- but SOP-TS 102-22 claims to have copies of the following enclosed:

a. Use of Force and MOAB Policy.
b. Handcuff Policy and Procedure.
c. ABC’s of Documentation.
d. Use of Force Acknowledgement.

However, these documents (which seem likely responsive to my original request) were not included. Could you provide me with these documents?

Thanks again for your help!

Kevin Wallace

Good afternoon.
I received the following response from our Transit Security department regarding the documents mentioned in the SOP-TS 102-22.

The document Securitas sent me via email was the SOP-TS-102-22 again. I talked with them about getting the other forms and came to find out again this SOP needs to be updated. The forms referenced in the SOP are no longer used. They changed the training they provide to their officers. There is a formal training manual and DVD that covers previously referenced information, along with a training acknowledgement form in the front of the manual for documentation. Securitas provide me a manual and DVD which we can send out for the public disclosure request.

A copy of the Training Manual and DVD referenced in the response was provided to my office. I can send a copy of these materials by mail. Please confirm that the address to use is: MuckRock News, DEPT MR 47653, 411A Highland Ave., Somerville, MA 02144-2516
