Communications
From: Patrick Kilgore
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all electronic communications between employees of the Truman State University Office of Advancement, including but not limited to Dr. Ernie T. Hughes and his subordinates, and any email address at the domain "publishingconcepts.com", including any metadata or attachments related thereto.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available, if not, I am happy to provide a secure server at which you can upload responsive documents, or I can accept a DVD-ROM or CD-ROM disk.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Patrick Kilgore

To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to follow up on the following The Missouri Sunshine Law request, copied below, and originally submitted on Sept. 6, 2019. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.

Dear Mr. Kilgore:
On September 9, 2019 at 3:44:34 AM CDT, we received your records request, also dated September 9, 2019 for "...all electronic communications between employees of the Truman State University Office of Advancement, including but not limited to Dr. Ernie T. Hughes and his subordinates, and any email address at the domain "publishingconcepts.com", including any metadata or attachments related thereto."
We are in the process of compiling our response to your request. Because of the size of our anticipated response and the fact that Dr. Hughes has been away from the office early this week and, therefore, unable to work on the response, we will not be able to complete our work within the three day statutory period. At this time, we estimate that the earliest that our response can be complete is by the end of the business day on Wednesday, September 18, 2019.
Very truly yours,
Warren L. Wells
