Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
Regarding the new position created and currently occupied by Jeff Odell (former Police Chief), as Assistant City Manager over Safety, please provide copy of budget for 2023 where this position was allocated for. If not allocated for in the 2023 budget, please provide documentation as to where the funds for this new position were moved from in the original budget.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is not the information we requested, again, second request, where was the funding for this new unbudgeted position taken from in the city budget?
