Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

For dates 07/09/2020 through 07/09/2022 please state number of prospective employees applying for positions within the Kissimmee Police Department disqualified for any reason. Please state race/age and reason disqualified.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The City of Kissimmee is in receipt of your request for follow-up on a request submitted in 2022. This request was closed by the City on 11/10/2022 for lack of payment or response to the City.

During that time the email address that was provided was requests@muckrock.com and we have updated the email contact from your current correspondence to requests@muckrock.com

The City provided an invoice for payment that was the estimated cost for staff to produce the records, unfortunately no payment was made and we received no further communication.
