Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

Plse supply copies of any documents pertaining to any notification from the Kissimmee Police Department regarding the actions of Officer Jacob Mills substantiated in IA16-012 being reported to the States Attorney's Office for possible Brady violations. In this IA it was documented he left his assigned area, transported an intoxicated female from a bar to her home and went inside with her, and was untruthful about his actual whereabouts, all reportable under Brady.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
