Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
The incident report, police narratives, and any investigative reports produced in relation to the 8/21/2008 shooting at Central High School. The shooting is referenced in this article: https://www.actionnews5.com/story/8877429/student-killed-in-shooting-at-knoxville-school/.
In the event that there are fees, I would request a waiver, as I am a member of the press.
Please feel free to redact information related to juveniles, but please include all relevant statues to justify these redactions.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

As discussed with Prayag Gordy previously, the requested information cannot be released due to the involvement of juvenile suspects (TCA 37-1-154). Any information must be requested through Knox County Juvenile Court.
