Pursuant to the Idaho Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
(1) A copy of the body camera footage referenced by the Idaho Statesman article: https://www.idahostatesman.com/news/local/education/article279934629.html
(2) A copy of any incident report or other police report concerning any library book or the content of library materials. This request is limited to records generated on or after January 1, 2023.
(3) A copy of any communivations (on or after January 1, 2022) to or from Sheriff Norris concerning any library book, content of programming, or policies.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

I've now received the files, but the video file (4-20-23_Hayden_Library.mp4) appears to be corrupted, as it does not contain the information necessary to be used as a video file (including an .mp4 file).
