Missing Person - James Anthony Sullivan (La Mesa, CA Police Department)

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Access to and copies of all records pertaining to James Anthony Sullivan, of La Mesa, CA DOB 8-13-39.
Subject was last seen in Santa Rosa, New Mexico, on or around March 5, 1975.
Please include documents including arrest records, court documents, missing person reports, search and rescue operations, correspondence between relevant parties, and any other materials pertaining to the case.
This request is not being made for commercial purposes, it is on behalf of the surviving family members and I am the person conducting the search.
