Request for communications and documents

To Freedom of Information Act Officer:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:

All communication and documents to/from Mayor Jeff Grove specifically regarding Ameren and energy efficiency between July 19, 2017 and September 19, 2017. Keywords used in the search of records are limited to: "Ameren", "energy efficiency", "17-0311", and "Illinois Commerce Commission".

I am requesting a waiver or a reduction of fees since the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes, and the organization I work for, Energy and Policy Institute, can be classified as a representative of the news media. Additionally, I have accounts with Republic Report and Huffington Post that are used to disseminate information received from public record requests.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
