All records relating to the August 3rd 2018 video posted on the "Lake County Sheriff's Office" Facebook page titled "Lip Sync Challenge - Lake County Sheriff's Office". The video link is included here: https://www.facebook.com/LakeCountySO/videos/2200956429934044/
This request also includes any video cut in the editing process, scripting, budgeting, emails, song choice, and any other records that were generated from the creative process.
Additionally, I request the emails and texts that Sheriff Peyton C. Grinnell had received pertaining to the lip sync challenge.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good afternoon,
I am trying to create an invoice for your request and I'm finding that there may be emails that you don't want. Many of the emails are notifications from Youtube of comments on the video. Also, there are emails where our employees forwarded the Youtube link to acquaintances. Do you want those emails as part of our response? Just wanted to run it by you beforehand since eliminating those emails will cut down on the cost to you.

Thank you for the heads up, it seems I did forget to specify a date/time in which emails should not be considered responsive.
Please eliminate any emails sent after the publication of the Facebook or the Youtube video, which ever was published first.
I know that the Facebook video was published on Aug 3, 2018 at 3:18pm, however Youtube only provides a date and not a time.
