Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
All of the following requests cover the time period from February 1, 2020 to today, July 9, 2020.
* Emails sent to or from the top official of each correctional facility under your organizations authority that includes the string(s) "covid" and/or "virus".
* Emails sent to or from any member of the governing body (i.e. board) overseeing correctional facilities and supervisors of top officials of each correctional facility under your organizations authority with the string(s) "covid" and/or "virus".
* Aggregated reports on COVID-19 cases (by that name or synonyms) of incarcerated people and/or personnel at correctional facilities at any point in time or over-time.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello Alison, we are in receipt of your FOIA and need some clarification in order to answer proficiently.
Who, specifically, do you mean by top official and governing body?
Also, not sure what an Aggregated reports on COVID-19 means.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we are short staffed, therefore we would ask that you keep your request at a minimum.
