Pursuant to Wisconsin's Open Records act, I hereby request the following records:

All requests and dispatches for police, fire, or emergency services to "Casa Del Sueno" with a Lake Geneva property ID of 016-ICAS as well as properties part of the Casa Del Sueno complex. The property in question is located is located near the intersection of South Lakeshore Drive and Pilgrim Church Road. The responsive record should, at a minimum, indicate the type of request, the date of the request, the time of the request, the nature of the request, and the disposition of the request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
