Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, please provide the following materials related to this agency’s involvement in the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.

AGREEMENTS AND CONTRACTS
Any and all contracts, agreements, memorandums of understanding, and any other agreements between this agency (or any representative thereof) and the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (and any representative thereof).

POLICIES
Any policies regarding this agency’s involvement in the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association and any guidance related to the implementation of law enforcement activities in accordance with membership in that group.

This includes any policies and guidance provided by the County Commissioners, provided by the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, and created internally within this department.

COMMUNICATIONS
For the time period between January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021, any communications sent to and from any representative of this agency and any representative of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.

This includes all emails, letters, mailed materials, text messages, and recorded video, including all materials sent to and from personal cell phones, laptops, and other devices.

This also includes all communications related to the announcement of this agency’s involvement in the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, including any press releases.

This also includes any training materials that have been provided by the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, either for payment or for free.

FINANCIAL MATERIALS
All financial materials regarding this agency’s involvement in the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, including but not limited to all materials related to membership dues, including all invoices and receipts.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
