3. Any and all contracts, invoices, payments, receipts and communications since 2020 between or involving Lane County, its agents, employees, and representatives AND "Goldfarb & Lipmann, LLP.", its agents, partners, employees, and representatives
4. Any and all contracts, invoices, payments, receipts and communications since 2020 between or involving Lane County, its agents, employees, and representatives AND "Global Sports Partners", its agents, employees, and representatives
5. Any and all documents, instruments, proceedings, records, and communications INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO contracts, budgets, expense reports, estimates, invoices, payments, receipts, pertaining to the Lane Events Center Master Plan (A.K.A. the "20 Year Plan") insofar as it relates to the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the proposed Multi-Use Facility
6. Any and all contracts, invoices, payments, receipts and communications since 2020 between or involving Lane County, its agents, employees, and representatives AND "The Eugene Emeralds", its agents, employees, and representatives

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Lane County is still processing your request. We will have a response to you in a reasonable amount of time.

Oregon public records law and the Lane Manual require the County to provide the public a right to inspect any record that is not otherwise protected, or to obtain copies of public documents not otherwise protected. The County is not obligated to create documents that do not exist, to provide documents that it is not the custodian of record for, to change the format the documents are saved in, to provide the documents in a more expensive format or format that the County doesn’t have the ability to provide the documents in, or to explain the documents.

It is the County’s policy to collect full-cost for any documents provided. This will include staff time researching whether or not the County is in possession of the related documents, copying of documents, and review of the public records by attorneys. The County will inform you of the estimated cost and will wait to receive confirmation from you (and/or payment) prior to incurring any costs associated with complying with this public records request.

Lane County is in possession of the records you have requested. The charge for these records is calculated as follows:

Staff time (calculated by hourly rate; plus 2.5%), plus electronic discovery cost estimate

Option 2: email retrieval of older mailboxes- $3,127.64
Option 3: email retrieval of both- $3,289.26
