Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Public Records Request – Police Surveillance, Investigations & Reports
I am submitting this public records request under the Nevada Public Records Act (NRS 239.010) to obtain records regarding police surveillance, investigations, or law enforcement activity related to me.

I am requesting copies of the following records from 1/1/22-present.
1. Surveillance Logs & Reports:
• Any police records, logs, or reports of surveillance conducted on me or my residence.
• Any logs documenting law enforcement presence near 147 carriage way west, Henderson nv 89074, lake Las Vegas,
• Any footage from body cameras or dashboard cameras of officers who have patrolled near my residence.
2. Unmarked Police Vehicles Monitoring Me:
• Any records, dispatch logs, or internal communications regarding the use of unmarked police vehicles in my area.
• Any records that show an official reason for police vehicles monitoring me or my home.
3. Investigations or Complaints Filed Against Me:
• Any open or closed investigations in which I am listed as a suspect, witness, or person of interest.
• Any 911 calls or police reports made about me, my vehicle, or my home.
• Any official complaints filed against me that resulted in police action.
4. Communications Involving My Name or Address:
• Any internal emails, text messages, memos, or reports exchanged between officers, city officials, or the municipal court regarding me.
• Any records of surveillance authorizations or stakeout orders involving my name.

If any portion of this request is denied or exempt from disclosure, please provide a written explanation with specific legal citations under Nevada law.

If there are any fees for processing this request, please notify me before proceeding. Otherwise, I request a fee waiver, as this request is in the public interest and pertains to potential law enforcement misconduct.

2. Request for Henderson Municipal Court & Judicial Records

Dear City of Henderson Clerk’s Office,

Under the Nevada Public Records Act (NRS 239.010), I am requesting access to records involving my name, my residence, and any court-related actions taken against me.

Specifically, I request:
1. Records of Any Court Actions, Orders, or Investigations:
• Any subpoenas, warrants, or court orders issued in my name.
• Any court documents where I am listed as a party, witness, or subject of interest.
2. Judicial Surveillance or Investigations Against Me:
• Any records of court-ordered surveillance, tracking, or monitoring related to me or my residence.
• Any municipal court documents related to ongoing investigations involving me.
3. Communications Related to Me:
• Any emails, memos, or other correspondence from Henderson judges, clerks, prosecutors, or police officers discussing me.
• Any internal or external communications about me, including requests for court-ordered monitoring, tracking, or follow-ups.
4. Municipal Court Records of Fines, Citations, or Hearings:
