Incident Details for Footage Retrieval:
Date: December 9, 2024
Location: Rainbow Boulevard near Sunset Road, Las Vegas, Nevada
Individual Involved: Charles Snowden (Las Vegas Raiders player)
Incident Summary: Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at approximately 11:30 p.m. and found Charles Snowden passed out behind the wheel of a running 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The vehicle was in neutral and nearly rolled off a four-foot retaining wall. Upon interacting with officers, Snowden appeared disoriented, initially stating that he believed he was in Florida. A breathalyzer test later showed a blood alcohol level more than double the legal limit.
I am requesting copies of all body-worn camera footage from officers who:
Initially arrived at the scene and located Charles Snowden in his vehicle.
Interacted with Snowden and conducted any field sobriety or breathalyzer tests.
Participated in the arrest and transport of Snowden.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
