Pursuant to the The Kansas Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. A copy of offense report #L17040914

2. Any and all of the following information in relation to L17040914:
a. video/audio data
b. dispatch records
c. informant identities
d. witness statements
e. evidence logs
f. law enforcement correspondence
g. investigation reports
h. a copy of the original submission documents for all forensic testing
i. A copy of any and all warrant requests made to the court.
j. A copy of any and all search warrants granted for electronic devices.
k. The Lawrence Kansas Police Deptartment policy and/or officer training materials identifying the department procedure for obtaining, cataloguing, and securing physical evidence.

3. All video/audio recordings, radio communications, dispatch records
and GPS data occurring between the hours of 7:00 PM on May 21st, 2017 and 2:00 am on May 22nd, 2017, for the following members of Law Enforcement:

3.Brad Williams
4.Sarina Sutton
5.Brian Wonderly
6.Mark Leisten
7.Eric Barkley

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please find attached the original MuckRock request and a final Lawrence Police Department response to an open record request dated March 18, 2019, received by the Lawrence Police Department on March 21, 2019, initially responded to on March 21, 2019. The initial response indicated that 14 business days would be needed to process the request as allowed by the Kansas Open Records Act. This final response meets that deadline.
