Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following documents:
• All agreements between this agency and any federal agency for operations and activities related to Operation Desert Snow.
• All arrest reports for apprehensions conducted as part of Operation Desert Snow. [For reference: http://www.usmarshals.gov/news/chron/2015/060815a.htm]
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Regarding your request for Public Records on Operation Desert Snow and our involvement with the operation. We would like to refer you back to the U.S. Marshall’s Service regarding your remaining request. Our personnel were involved in the arrest of two individuals with the Charges listed below.
The following were arrested on this operation:
Miguel Campos H/M 61yoa Charge: Criminal Sexual Penetration and Criminal Sexual Contact
Thomas Riddle W/M 57yoa Charge: PCS-Meth
