Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
This Right-to-Know request is for the following documents regarding Lehigh County Office of Emergency Services involvement in the rally, held on 4/13/2024, for former President Donald J. Trump at the Schnecksville Fire Company fairgrounds:
1. All emails, text messages, call logs, and/or other communications among office employees and between office employees and other local, state, federal and campaign entities regarding the rally. Please provide communications that occurred any time between January 1, 2024 and the date of this request.
2. All invoices, memoranda of understanding or other such agreements showing and/or describing the services the office provided for the rally.
3. All overtime requests submitted by office employees for hours worked on 4/13/2024.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
