Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. All emails and email notifications sent or received by agency personnel that include the domain "@auror.co". This includes but is not limited to notifications of incident reports, evidence exports, event updates, and other communications generated by the Auror software.
2. All exported reports generated by the Auror software. This includes reports exported in any format (PDF, HTML, JSON, etc.) and covers all types of reports such as evidence reports, incident reports, 3. All incident of investigative reports mentioning or involving the Auror software. This includes any reports or records where the Auror software was used to document, track, or investigate incidents.
4. SOW, contracts, MOU, user manuals or technical documentation regarding the Auror platform.
To assist with locating these records, the Auror software is a platform used for tracking, monitoring, and managing various incidents and retail crime investigations. It includes functionalities for exporting reports and sending email notifications.
Responsive documents should be from 1/1/2020 until the date this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Shannon, thanks for the quick response. My request was concerning records related to the Auror software platform. However the response indicates that "no document exists that contains mortgage foreclosures," and "The tax foreclosure report is attached herein."
I am wondering if some wires were crossed here - I did not ask about mortgage foreclosures.
