Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. 5 U.S.C. § 552, et seq. and Michigan Freedom of Information Act, Public Act 442 of 1976, MCL 15.231, et seq.
In the interest of public safety and accountability for elected officials, the disappearance of Dee Ann Warner is very concerning as a resident of Lenawee County, Michigan. Public interest in the County’s conduct is growing daily as evidenced by the following:

The Request
I request that a copy of the following documents [or documents containing the following information] be provided to me:
1. Any and all documentation related to whether the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Department consider the Dee Ann Warner case a homicide investigation or some other type of missing person investigation.
2. Any and all official press releases or public statements released by the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Department relating to the disappearance of Dee Ann Warner. This includes, but is not limited to, emails or other correspondence relating to press releases or public statements.
3. Any and all criminal or civil court records related to Dee Ann Warner.
4. Any and all criminal or civil court records related to Dale John Warner (Date of Birth: January 31, 1968). Aliases include Dale A Warner.
5. Any and all criminal or civil court records related to Todd Neyrinck (Date of Birth: June 1, 1968).
6. Any and all body camera footage related to Dee Ann Warner’s disappearance and subsequent investigation.
7. Any and all 9-1-1 call records related to Dee Ann Warner.
8. Any and all 9-1-1 call records related to Dale Warner.
9. Any and all 9-1-1 call records related to Todd Neyrinck.
10. Any and all police reports, 9-1-1 calls, and complaints associated with 2170 W Munger Rd, Tecumseh, Michigan 49286. This includes but is not limited to DDW Investments, also located at that address.
11. Any and all police reports, 9-1-1 calls, complaints, social media records, text message records, and narratives regarding Dee Ann Warner’s disappearance.
12. Any and all statements of Dale Warner relating to the disappearance of Dee Ann Warner. This includes, but is not limited to, audio recordings, video recordings, written statements, or summaries of statements made by Dale Warner.
13. Any and all records related to the names of any Lenawee County Sheriff’s Department employees who have been excluded from the investigation into the disappearance of Dee Ann Warner for any reason.
14. Any and all records or communications that confirm the names of any Lenawee County Sheriff’s Department employees who have a personal relationship, however close, to Dale Warner. This includes, but is not limited to, persons who attended school with Dale Warner, have attended social events with Dale Warner.
15. Any and all emails, text messages, social media messages, or other correspondence sent to/from Sheriff Troy Bevier and Detective Kevin Greca related to Dee Ann Warner’s disappearance.
16. Any and all materials and records describing and sufficient to show/disclose all allegations of misconduct made and all disciplinary proceedings taken against Sheriff Troy Bevier and Detective Kevin Greca.
• Materials responsive to this request include — but are not limited to — all complaints, reports, records of discipline and penalties, aggregate collections of complaint and disciplinary materials (spreadsheets, databases), investigatory materials, relevant related correspondence, photographs, video, other related evidence, proof of discipline or fulfillment of penalties, and all personnel materials (including those used in promotion, contract, and other employment negotiations and considerations) that reference or utilize misconduct allegations or disciplinary materials of any sort.
• Materials responsive to this request include all complaints— internal, external, and civilian — and include records disclosing the names, badge numbers, and personnel identification of each officer involved and/or serving as a witness, as well as all available details of the incident/complaint: date, time, location, nature of the incident, description of the incident, nature of the investigation, investigatory materials, the disposition of the case, and any subsequent materials related to the execution of any resultant discipline. Responsive materials include all complaints and allegations against any officer, employee, or representative of this policing agency, regardless of whether that complaint or allegation resulted in any investigation or disciplinary action.
• Responsive materials also include all records of use of force by officers, including records disclosing the names, badge numbers, and personnel identification of each officer involved and/or serving as a witness, as well as all available details of the incident: date, time, location, nature of the incident, description of the incident, nature of the use of force, subsequent investigatory materials related to the use of force, the disposition of any investigation into the incident, and any subsequent materials related to the use of force.
17. Any and all records that show the names of any persons who have contributed to the political campaign of Sheriff Troy Bevier.
18. Any and all records that show the amount of money any person has contributed to the political campaign of Sheriff Troy Bevier.
19. Any and all records of the names of any volunteer or paid members of Sheriff Troy Bevier’s political campaign.
20. Any and all records of the names of any law enforcement officers participating in the investigation into the disappearance of Dee Ann Warner. This includes but is not limited to participants from Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office or Michigan State Police.
21. Any and all records related to the homicide training and experience of Detective Kevin Greca.
22. Any and all records related to the homicide training and experience of Sheriff Troy Bevier.
23. Any and all records of the name and type of homicide investigation training for the past five years for any Lenawee County Sheriff’s Department employee associated with the Dee Ann Warner disappearance.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
