Mr. Russell,
I have your copies ready. There is a $5 search fee, (to locate the cause number) and copies will be $17, bringing your total to $22. We do accept credit cards, but there is a $1 service fee. Personal or business checks are also acceptable.
I cannot give you copies of the letters testamentary, as letters are only issued to the Executor of the estate per Estates Code 306.003-306.007; also, per AG Opinion H-410, the Letters Testamentary are not recorded in Probate Minutes and are not part of the records.
If you will call me with credit card payment, I can send the requested documents via email. Thank you.

Thank you Amy Kaiser,
Muckrock will dispense payment for $23 for the probate file which we presume will include the Will?
Charles Russell
From: Leon County Texas County Clerk
Yes, it will include the will. If they are paying with a check, the amount will be $22. If they are calling with a credit card, the service fee will be calculated at that time. How will they make payment?
