(EIN: 84-3632862) (https://projects.propublica.org/nonprofits/organizations/843632862) The same organization has also gone under the name "Orphan Secure" EIN: 27-1386065 (alternate stylings include "Orphan Secure Freedom Shield" + "Orphan Secure Freedom's Shield" + "Orphan Secure Freedoms Shield")

Therefore, pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records (please limit the time frame from from **05/04/2023** to the date that this request is processed):
- Any public comment, complaints, and subsequent enforcement actions involving any of the following individuals/organizations: Ronaldo R Lopez, Philip Whitehead, John T Furlow, Carrie Gurley, Freedom Shield, Freedom Shield Foundation, Orphan Secure, Orphan Secure Freedom Shield, Orphan Secure Freedom's Shield, or Orphan Secure Freedoms Shield
- Any contracts, memorandums, or agreements between the city and Ronaldo R Lopez, the Freedom Shield Foundation, or Orphan Secure
- Any records that Ronaldo R Lopez, the Freedom Shield Foundation, or Orphan Secure provided to the city explaining, pitching, or discussing the Freedom Shield Foundation/Orphan Secure. The term “records” includes emails, transcripts of testimony, minutes or notes of meetings, PowerPoint or other similar slide presentations, memoranda, reports, maps, photographs, drawings, data, tables, spreadsheets, formulas, notes, contracts, memorandums, directives, etc. — whether in an electronic or print medium, original or copy, or draft or final form.
- Any emails to or between city workers about the Freedom Shield Foundation/Orphan Secure (keyword search: "Freedom Shield" + "Orphan Secure")

I kindly ask that my request is expedited. When completing this request, please prioritize whichever records would take the least amount of time to be located and released. I would like these records in electronic format, sent via email or other digital method, and again, please release documents on a rolling basis, as they become available.
