Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Records related to the homicide case of Demetrius Gordon, including interrogation footage and audio, interviews at the crime scene and the police station, the Police/Investigative Report, photos, surveillance, 911 calls, and Body Worn Camera footage from the initial responding officers.
Victim: Demetrius Gordon
Perp: Christina Young
Location: Radcliffe Rd
Date of Murder: January 16, 2019
Date of Arrest: March 21, 2019
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
