Subject: Virginia Freedom of Information Act Request: Employee survey

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of any surveys and/or questionaire sent to VMI employees from or on behalf of any VMI Office, Jerold Pearson )https://eadvancement.org/team/jerold-pearson/), eAdvancement (https://eadvancement.org/about/) or the VMI office(s) or other internal or outside organization(s) from 1 February to the date of this FOIA. This particularly includes the "19th annual VMI Emploee Survey" or similar survey/questionaire distributed on or about 12 Feb 2025, eAdvancement Consulting or any other survey/questionaire.

This FOIA is not requesting responses to the questionaire/survey or any personally identifying information on respondent just the survey itself, any messages/ instructions sent to employees concerning the survey/questionaire.

As the amount of these records are small, the survey/questionaire was recently developed and distributed, they should be readily available without any extensive or costly search and associated fees within the 5 day window of the FOIA.

I am willing to accept partial and incremental responses to this request and so expect that the survey/questionaire and associated email(s) to employees sent within the last few days should be immediately available and can be immediately.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
