Lincoln Co. EMS Records on Narconon Rainbow Canyon (Scientology Drug Rehab)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All EMS records, call logs, ambulance trip sheets and/or reports generated since January 1, 2000 pertaining to any incidents that occurred at the Narconon drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility located at 17095 Nevada 317, Caliente, NV 89008. This facility is commonly known by the following names:

Narconon Rainbow Canyon Drug Rehab
Narconon Fresh Start Drug Rehab
Narconon Rainbow Canyon Retreat
Rainbow Canyon Retreat
Rainbow Canyon Recovery Center
Fresh Start Recovery Center
Fresh Start Nevada

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to the growing number of lawsuits against this controversial Scientology-based treatment facility that has been widely reported:

Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.
