Securities Legal Action Engagement Letters

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All engagement letters (or other case-specific retainer agreements) between ATRS and the law firms

(1) Labaton Sucharow,
(2) Nix Patterson & Roach,
(3) Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer,
(4) Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann, and
(5) Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check,

from 2008 to present. I would be grateful if you would place the highest priority on the earliest engagement letters.

I also request any exhibits, schedules, appendices, side letters etc. that were attached to those engagement letters.

This request is not meant to cover any underlying portfolio monitoring contracts that may exist between those law firms and ATRS. It is only meant to cover the case-specific or matter-specific engagement letters that were signed with the law firms that set out the terms of their work on a particular lawsuit or other legal matter.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
