I would like to know what timeframe you are requesting this for before we can even begin to look for these records as this will span over 4 different departments and I will have to coordinate all information and be able to get it into a readable format, which at this point probably it is not. Once you are able to give me the timeframe I can better assess whether we will charge. Also, once we have the timeframe I will be able to assess whether we will be able to meet your request within the 10 business days allowable. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this email.

Good morning Beryl,

After speaking with you last week I believe this is the information that you are actually looking for. I have attached the information from the Fire Dept., Highway and Building Dept. The Police actually dispatch out the Fire Dept, so it would be repetitive. I spoke with the Tree warden and they did not replace any trees last year, so there would be no correlation between gas leaks and tree destruction. As you can see National Grid is the company that comes into Littleton for service.

Our website for all of our bylaws is: www.littletonma.org<http://www.littletonma.org> you would then go to government and then Town Code for anything more specific.

If there is anything else that you are looking for please do not hesitate to ask.
