All police dispatch logs and/or investigation reports generated since January 1, 2006 pertaining to any complaints or incidents that occurred at the drug and alcohol rehabilitation center located at 35059 Bend Road, Denham Springs, LA 70706. This facility is currently operates under the name "Riverbend Lodge" but has also advertised their services under the following alternative business names:

Narconon Louisiana
Narconon New Life Retreat
New Life Retreat
Narconon Riverbend
Riverbend Retreat

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
