I am requesting an electronic copy via e-mail of a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement between Microsoft and the Naval Post Graduate School. The document would have been established leading up to a public announcement of the agreement on May 2, 2022.

According to the participants, the CRADA governs teams researching operational uses of cloud-enhanced networks and edge solutions, delivery solutions for education to the fleet, technology
applications and leveraging serious gaming, exercising, modeling, and simulation to assist operational commanders in their decision-making processes. Under the agreement, researchers will be able to leverage an innovation lab at the NPS campus in Monterey as well as unique facilities such as the 5G-enabled Sea Land Air Military Research (SLAMR) laboratory, located on the shores of Monterey Bay, and an Army National Guard airfield at Camp Roberts, California. Additionally, under the agreement, NPS will utilize the Microsoft Cloud services, including Azure, Office 365 and Teams, to accelerate their digital transformation journey and deploy advanced cloud capabilities to tackle critical mission priorities.
