The requester has agreed to the following:

1) emails between NPS CHDS employees and Creek during the period May 24-July 31, 2022 involving the topics of the K-12 School Shooting Database, school safety, and/or school shootings;

2) emails between NPS Acquisitions Department employees and Creek during the period May 24-July 31, 2022 involving the topics of the K-12 School Shooting Database, school safety, and/or school shootings; and

3) the contracts/agreements between NPS and Creek from 2016-present (which we’ve already agreed to.)

Our search will not include “cc’ed” emails unless the “cc’ed” emails contain the topics of the K-12 School Shooting Database, school safety, and/or school shootings.

I again confirmed with the requester that we are NOT searching all of NPS for emails between NPS and Creek but rather for emails between NPS CHDS and Creek and NPS ADS and Creek. Also, we are NOT searching for subcontractor’s emails (unless they fall within the “cc’ed” emails discussing the K-12 School Shooting Database, school safety, and/or school shootings.)
