I am attempting to get all of the records for a preliminary Inquiry that resulted in a letter of reprimand on me.
I was the subject of a command inquiry held on May 15. The investigator was Brian Kelly.
I work for MFSC / D FSB/ S4.

See below modification per requester via email to Ms. Floyd-Hudson dated June 27, 2023

"Being a bargaining Union employee, I am looking for all statements made
against me, or in regards to my case that lead to the letter of reprimand
and any investigation notes or reports that was submitted against me. "
