See attached letter request. 1. Any and all documents that concern, refer, or relate in any way to any investigation and
inspection of SVEC from 2015 to present by the Environmental Protection Agency,
including but not limited to notes, photographs, test results, or any other record of the
investigation or inspection, findings of the investigation and inspection, and
recommendations issued based upon the findings.
2. Any and all documents that concern, refer, or relate in any way to any communications of
any member, agent, employee contractor or any other person affiliated with the
Environmental Protection Agency regarding the investigation and inspection of SVEC
from 2015 to present, specifically including but not limited to communications, meeting
notes, or proposals.
3. Any and all communications with the law firm of Friedman Rubin or any of its attorneys,
representative or employees regarding any environmental condition at SVEC or any
investigation or inspection of SVEC from 2015 to present.
For purposes of this request:
The phrase/word "Sky Valley Education Center" or "SVEC" shall mean the buildings
housing the Sky Valley Education Center, or any of its predecessor schools, including, but
not limited to, Monroe Middle School, Monroe Junior High and Monroe High School
located at 351 Short Columbia Street, Monroe, Washington 98272.
The terms "and" and "or" are used herein as terms of inclusion and not of exclusion and
shall have both conjunctive and disjunctive meanings, and the words "any" and "all" mean
each and every.
The term "documents” shall mean any and all public records as defined under the Freedom
of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552, et seq.), including, without limitation, reports,
records, drafts, letters, memoranda, notes, communications, inspection reports, logs, tables,
spreadsheets, books, photographs, electronic files, emails, facsimiles, diagrams,
documents, and every other means of recording upon any tangible thing any form...
