This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
I request all communication records sent to and from the following individuals regarding ethics advice, consulting (such as to attend or not attend a meeting and/or to take or not take an official action) and/or guidance given to and/or asked from by EPA General Counsel Matt Leopold from May 1 2019 to June 15 2019 related to a potential helicopter ride to view the Pebble Mine site in Alaska. Please consider any emails, handwritten notes, letters, memorandums, text messages, voice and video recordings as well as other documented forms of communication as responsive records to my request. Please search for responsive records to my request sent to and from the following individuals: Matt Leopold, David Harlow, Josh Lewis, Elizabeth Shaw, Clint Woods, Jim Payne, Dave Cozad, Elise Packard and Justina Fugh.
If possible, I would prefer to receive the largest number of records or documents in electronic form.
