I request all of EPA’s responses provided to Senate Appropriations Committee related to Sen. Tom Udall’s April 9, 2019 letter, including but not limited to quarterly staffing data and requested updates, quarterly compliance and enforcement data, enforcement travel budgets, comprehensive workforce plans and implementation timelines for each program office and regional office and a written response detailing EPA’s plans to address the items in Udall’s letter that was supposed to be sent no later than April 24, 2019.
