Under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, and the Privacy Act (“PA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552(a), as amended, I request that the following information be provided to me: Copies of all records (hardcopy and/or electronic) of any/all documents regarding and related to FLRA Case Number: AT-CO-17-0275, to include: (1) Investigators’ reports, interviews conducted, communication, summaries of all record checks and other inquiries made/conducted. (2) Any/all statements, affidavits, testimony, documents, communication submitted by the AFGE Local 517, Michael Foreman, and/or Deena Wingard.
