The Requested Material: Any and all complaints made by Appellants to the MSPB against AJ LuNell C. Anderson during her years of service such as but not limited to: 1) Conduct unbecoming and/or inappropriate for an Administrative Judge during any stage of cases assigned to her. 2) Inappropriate and/or unfair treatment of Appellants. 3) Pro-Agency attitude. 4) Abuse of her Discretion and/or authority. 5) Inappropriate Ex-parte communication which affected the outcome of case/s. 6) Catering towards Agency’s needs and wishes, and crafting of decisions accordingly. 7) Joining Agency/s in their actions against Appellants. 8) Inappropriate influence of Agency/s on this AJ, and her openness to such influence. 9) Unfair & Unbalanced approach & treatment of Appellants, and cases before her. 10) Inappropriate Temper – issue/s demonstration.
