I am respectfully requesting a document that was submitted to the government after the competition of the following construction projects.

EPA REGION VII SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER located Kansas City, KS 66101.

The document that I am seeking is titled either Building Commissioning Report, Final Building Commissioning Report, Commissioning Report, or documents that describe the commissioning of the heating and air conditioning, solar electricity, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. If more than one commissioning report was submitted, please send all of the them. A Commissioning Agent is required to submit this document as a section of the construction project’s close out submittal. The document is required for the building’s LEED certification and should have been submitted to the United States Green Building Council for review and approval. I am willing to pay up to $25.00 for the cost of obtaining the document. However, if more fees are required, please contact me for authorization. The preferred method of receiving the document is via e-mail, electronic transmission, or finally U.S. Postal Service or other letter carriers. When providing the document, please include any attachments such as drawings, appendixes, or enclosures. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns or statements.
