I am trying to confirm aspects of my Navy service to update my Army Military Human Resource Record. I am seeking:
1. Memoranda or other records confirming that Naval Mobile Construction Battalion SEVEN (NMCB SEVEN) received the meritorious unit award for the period from on or about 28 September 2008 to 21 March 2009 (the award is on NDAWS, but I need the memorandum awarding it).
2. Memoranda or other records confirming that NMCB SEVEN won the applicable Battle Efficiency Competition in either 2007, 2008, or 2009, and that service members permanently assigned to NMCB SEVEN during that period (to include Ian Gairen Aucoin) are entitled to wear the Navy "E" Ribbon (again, I am hoping for the official memorandum announcing the award).
3. All records that would confirm that Ian Gairen Aucoin was attached to NMCB SEVEN and forward deployed to Okinawa, Japan from on or about 02 June 2007 to 15 December 2007.
4. All records that would confirm that Ian Gairen Aucoin was attached to NMCB SEVEN and forward deployed to Iraq on or about 28 September 2008 (trying to verify date I arrived in Iraq for campaign service verification).
5. All records that would confirm that Ian Gairen Aucoin was attached to NMCB SEVEN and redeployed from Iraq to Afghanistan on or about 17 January 2009 (trying to verify date I left Iraq and arrived in Afghanistan for campaign service verification).
6. All records that would confirm that Ian Gairen Aucoin was attached to NMCB SEVEN and redeployed from Afghanistan to Kuwait on or about 17 March 2009 (trying to verify date I left Afghanistan for campaign service verification).
7. All records that would confirm that Ian Gairen Aucoin was attached to NMCB SEVEN and redeployed from Kuwait to the United States on or about 21 March 2009.
