Hello,
I am seeking records of the Los Angeles Police Foundation and its donations/grants. Donations referenced below include grants, unrestricted funds, or gifts.
I am seeking any databases or other methods of record-keeping that track the donation amount, what is being donated, what department the donation is for, payment method, the date, who solicited the Los Angeles Police Foundation for funding or grants (HOAs, the department, council members, businesses, etc. providing a service, technology, or morale, etc)
Records that document any conflict of interest reviews
Standardized forms filled out that are required by both parties (department, donor routing the donation through the foundation, and Los Angeles Police Foundation)
Employee solicitation guidelines
Please release records in their original .csv or .pdf form.
Please search from 2016 to March 2025
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
