Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All electronic communications, including attachments, sent to and received from employees of Citizen created on or after May 1, 2020, through today's date, related to the SafePass contact tracing app.
WIRED has been a leading publication covering technology and science for more than 25 years, and this request is being made for newsgathering purposes. As such, I request that any fees that might normally be assessed be waived in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
