California Open Records Act Request: California Freedom of Information Act Request: Bus Lane Enforcement Contract

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

In 2018 CarmaCam provided an unsolicited proposal which lead to a proof of concept (POC) to capture vehicles illegally traveling or parked in the rapid public transit-only lanes.

I would like to request the below items associated with that POC:
* Copy of the unsolicited proposal submission from CarmaCam
* Copy of the contract plus all addendums and extensions
* Results from the POC including: # of buses using this application, days/times enforced, # of incident captured (per hour, per day)
* If there has been a procurement process for the program (e.g. an RFI, an RFP) please provide a copy of the document and all responses

Please provide documents as they are available.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
