Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
the "eviction list" compiled by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department between January 2019 and the latest available data. I'm requesting this information in a machine-readable spreadsheet such as Excel or CSV. Fields should include but not limited to the following information:
- file number
- occupants
- address
- restoration date
- status
- court case number
- Indicates type of process served or posted
- Indicates manner of service (personally served or posted and mailed)
- Indicates status of notice (cancelled, unsuccessful-no show, unsuccessful-took peaceful possession, unsuccessful-not found)
I would like to reiterate that I am seeking all fields containing non-exempt information about the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department's eviction notices. That means fields containing the above information, and fields containing any additional information not listed, but that would still be disclosable under the law
