I request communications about LAHSA, the Sheriff's Department, and the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs from contractors, VSOs, and employees sent to the following email:
fraud@auditor.lacounty.gov
Any databases, Excel sheets, or other informal or formal ways of tracking allegations of fraud, including case outcomes.
Reports made related to County agency fraud
Policies regarding fraud investigations and reporting
Please search 2020 to 2024
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
