To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

(1) A list of all individuals processed who did not have a permanent address at the time of death (homeless individuals)
(2) Autopsy records and coroner's notes of previously stated individuals

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Can you please provide a date range for the data you are requesting? Also, please be advised that there is a statistical data fee of $109 per hour ( after the first hour) and a fee of $47.00 per report. Please let me know if you would like to move forward with your request.
